Phase change dynamics in a cylinder containing hybrid nanofluid and phase change material subjected to a rotating inner disk

In this numerical study, the phase change dynamics of a 3D cylinder containing hybrid nanofluid and material (PCM) is investigated with finite element solver. The PCM consists spherical encapsulated paraffin wax, flow under forced convection regime. dynamic features process are studied for different values Reynolds number (between Re=100 300), rotational inner disk (Rew=0 size rotating (length between 0.1L 0.55L; height 0.001H2 0.4H2). separated regions found to be greatly influenced by speed disk. As Re increased, difference transition times at speeds decreases. At Re=100, 21% reduction in time observed when rotates highest as compared motionless case. Up 26% variation occurs varied. A 5 input-1 output feed-forward artificial neural network applied achieve fast reliable predictions dynamics. This study shows that introducing effects can have profound effect on system material.
